. Powers Catholic turned to the ground game on a rain-soaked night to dominate the Lumberjacks in Saginaw, 30-6. The Chargers rushed for 288 yards as Joey Zorn led eight different ball carriers with 82 yards. After an Arthur Hill touchdown, Zachary Talovich tied the score with a 16-yard TD run. Later, Jullian Wiggins added 14 and 5-yard rushing touchdowns. Morgan Livingston drilled three extra points. Talovich ran for a 2-point conversion and tossed a 15-yard TD pass to Luke Brcic. The defense recorded a safety late in the fourth quarter to round out the scoring. Shane Reinig had a team-high 9 tackles to lead Powers’ best team defensive effort this fall.
