Volleyball fall in District Final

Varsity volleyball took one more step in the state playoffs tonight defeating Lake Fenton 3-0 (25-18, 25-20, 25-20). Leading the way for the Chargers tonight was Madison Gebhardt with 13 service points, 11 kills, and 11 digs.  Senior Ava Stravato helped with 7 kills and 11 digs along with her 2 service aces.  Junior Gabrielle

Volleyball Advances in State Tournament

Powers Varsity Volleyball took down Durand last night in 4 sets to advance to the semi-final round of the district tournament.  The Charges posted 13 service aces led by Junior Gabby Mazza’s 4.  Mazza also contributed 9 kills on the night.  Senior Ava Stravato and Junior Madison Gebhardt posted 12 kills each to go along

Several Chargers Honored By SVL Football Coaches

The 2020 Powers Catholic football team was well-represented in All-League voting by SVL Red Division coaches. Earning First-team honors were: offensive lineman, Logan Murray; defensive back, Donovan Franklin; defensive lineman, Ryan Brumley.
