School Records Fall at the Saginaw Valley Championships

Varsity Baseball Wins on Walk-off Walk

Zack Mazza came home with the winning run in the bottom of the eighth on Joe Beauchamp’s based loaded walk against visiting Lapeer. Mazza led the offense with 2 hits and 2 RBI’S. Women’s track finishes 6th at Region Meet

The Powers Women’s track team finished 6th at a very competitive Regional Championship with a total of 46 points. State qualifiers include the 3200 meter relay team of Kaylie Huey, Michelle Pendel, Libbie Gleason and Paige Deitering who finished 3rd by ran well under the state qualifying standard. Walters Leads Baseball Sweep Over Arthur Hill

Jake Walters had a huge day against visiting Saginaw Arthur Hill with 5 hits, 11 RBI’S on the day, and a 7-strikeout 3-inning no-hitter in the game two 15-0 win.
