A solid year as a team!

It is difficult to explain in words the mental rigors and emotional rollercoaster that high school bowlers endure. You have to be there to understand it. It is akin to each one being the starting pitcher in the state championship baseball game. It is similar to playing quarterback in the playoffs. The team game in high school bowling presents a unique challenge to the competitors, as the real difference is that each shot all day long depends solely on the individual alone. Every pin matters, all the time. There isn’t a chance to relax. The lane conditions are ever-changing and the tension is always increasing. You have to rely on your team for total score, but the pressure is on the individual to perform. I implore all of those interested in bowling to reach to the members of your PCHS bowling team and ask them what it’s like to be on the team and how it feels to be fully invested in each other’s success. Mason Luebke, Kyler Beauchamp, Braeden Harbin, Jason Cusenza, Jakob Malenich, and Jake Beauchamp represented their families, their school, and themselves in an exemplary manner all season. Proud to be a Charger!
